Still, international organizations often lack understanding of the host country and a dedication to that specific environment. Part 1 of a two-segment special on Farcha Farm near N'Djamena, Chad questions the assumptions of traditional development-oriented activities in Africa as it follows David and Sara Durand of Chad.
